Who we are
We are a non-profit society that has been around since the late 1970s. Our building, St. Barbara’s Estia is located at 3625 W 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, and has 30 charming one bedroom units made for independent living. The majority of the units are for seniors with about 50 percent going to people of Hellenic heritage. We are also proud to have many other cultures represented, including Russian, Serbian, Bosnian and Quebecois. With its large common area and rooftop garden, St. Barbara’s prides itself in its sense of community, safety for residents, and prime location.
